limited gym unfriendly staff
The gym only had two working machines and that's it. Pretty lame. My room supposedly had a sea view, but it was nearly impossible to see anything worthwhile from the sixth floor. What a scam. The staff acted pretty rude when i brought up issues, always blaming me. It felt really unfair. i found mold in the swimming area, not ideal. the elevator often didn't work.

poor soundproofing hallway noise
i was really annoyed that the room i got was not what i expected (even though the pictures looked nice). there was a noticeable lack of soundproofing. i could clearly hear everything happening in the hallway and in the rooms next to mine. it was hard to relax or get a good night's sleep because of all the noise.

polite staff clean environment good location train station
The staff was very polite. The hotel provided a clean environment. I found the location to be quite good. The hotel is near the train station, offering easy access to various areas (very convenient for getting around).
The gym facilities were a bit limited, with only two working machines.

The family room included comfortable beds. It featured a modern design with ample space for luggage. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy (which I definitely appreciated).
